Joel Dingman

Operations Superintendent

Joel Dingman began work as operations superintendent for the Dry Fork Station on Aug.18, 2008. Dingman is responsible for development and coordination of all operational activities necessary for the station to operate in an efficient and safe manner. Dingman previously served as Dry Fork Station project representative, a position he held beginning January 2007. 

Dingman had served as mayor of Wheatland, WY, for 10 years and was a shift supervisor at Basin Electric’s Laramie River Station, Wheatland, where he began his employment in 1981.
