MBPP Transmission
The MBPP transmission mission is located on parts of Albany and Platte counties in Wyoming. The transmission system is owned by the the Missouri Basin Power Project.
Transmission system lines and facilities owned by the MBPP participants include:
- 75.5 mile 230 kv transmission line from the Laramie River Station to the Dave Johnston power plant.
- 60.7 mile 230 kV transmission line from Laramie River Station to the Stegall (west) substation
- 90.5 mile 230 kV transmission line from Stegall (west) Substation to the Sidney (West) Substation
- 108.5 mile 345 kV line from Laramie River Station to the Ault Substation
- 171.5 mile 345 kv transmission line from Laramie River Station to the Archer Substation to the Story Substation
- 59.0 mile 345 kV transmission line from Laramie River Station to the Stegall (East) Substation
- 77.0 mile 345 kV transmission line from the Stegall (East) Substation to the Sidney (East) Substation
- and associated facilities, land, easements and rights-of-way.
